If your devices are found to be out of the warranty period, there could be a charge for the repair of your devices. ActiGraph’s standard repair costs range from $30 to $90 per repairable device. Upon completion of the evaluation of your devices, if a repair charge pertains to your devices, an ActiGraph Representative will contact you with a repair quote. All repair charges are required to be paid via a credit card, check or purchase order before the repair of your devices will be completed. All repaired devices have a six-month warranty. Due to the limited availability of the various parts needed to perform repairs on legacy models, ActiGraph has stopped supporting these legacy models. Please find a list of the legacy models by serial number provided below.

Unless asked by an ActiGraph Support Representative, please DO NOT send any accessories with the devices for repair. ActiGraph will not be responsible for loss or damage to any accessories returned with devices for repair.
ActiGraph will not be responsible for any customs/VAT/duty charges upon return of devices for repair. In an effort to avoid any customs fees, international customers should mark all return packages as “Return and Repair” and “Temporary Import”. Failure to mark your package as a temporary import could result in customs fees being assessed to the package. ActiGraph reserves the right to refuse any repair package not marked as directed. Any customs charges paid by ActiGraph on behalf of the customer will be billed to the customer and/or their institution. ActiGraph will NOT accept shipments from DHL.
Please ensure a copy of the completed RMA is contained in your package. Failure to include a copy of the completed RMA in the package will delay the processing of your repairs. For all RMA related issues, please contact email@example.com.
